Excellent service. We used aroundkrakow for a trip to Auschwitz/Birkenau on the tuesday, and were so impressed we booked a trip to the saltmines/schindlers factory with them for the next day! Our driver Martin was brilliant (we had him both days)he was extremely helpful and polite, and had really good knowledge of the area. We were never rushed, and were even given umbrellas because of the terrible weather!! Fantastic Value for money too, worked out cheaper than getting local taxis to the places we went. We will be using this company again. Thank You!

My family and I visited Krakow for 2 days and wanted to maximise our time there. We went on the One day Auschwitz/Birkenhau tour & Salt Mine tour. Our driver Martin was prompt, friendly and courteous - thanks Martin! It rained all day, so it was lovely to be collected and droppped off in our own van and chauffeured to each destination. A fantastic price worth every penny! We highly reccommend 'Around Krakow.pl'.

Just arrived back from Krakow. Used your Company for a trip to Auschwitz and Salt Mine on 20/7/10. Highly recommended. Martin our driver was very professional. Recommended venue for lunch which was lovely. Clean, comfortable car for our party of 5. Excellent value for money, and would definately use if we returned in the future.

We have just returned from Krakow, and were very impressed with the service. We booked an airport trf online, and Martin was there waiting for us in a Mercedes minivan, providing a very comfortable ride to our hotel. We then booked them to take us to Auschtwitz the following day, and back to the airport at the end of out trip, again always very prompt and efficient. We visited Auschwitz, Birkenau and the Salt Mines last week whilst on a trip to Krakow. Many thanks to Martin our driver for his polite and professional manner. He arrived on time at our apartment for pickup and came with us to the ticket office at Auschwitz and the Salt Mine and acted as interpreter. An excellent company which I would definately recommend to friends visiting Krakow.

We would like to thank 'Around Krakow' for the excellent service we received during our recent visit. Martin, our driver, picked us up from the Hotel Amber on the 28th October and took us to Auschwitz, Birkenau and then the salt mine at Wieliczka. The service given was truly first class, his knowledge and helpfulness, especially when taking us right up to the correct ticket windows and explaining our requirments. The new Mercedes was very confortable and the videos we were shown, very informative. All this for a reasonable price. We will certainly recommend this company to anyone we know taking a break in Krakow.

We write to thank you for the excellent transport service provided by "Around Kracow"during our recent visit to Poland. Our first experience of visiting Poland without a Polish Guide was made easy because your driver Martin was always there to meet us, where he was supposed to be, at the time he was supposed to be there (in fact he was always early and waiting for us). Martin is not only an excellent driver (not something one always can be sure of when ordering a taxi in Poland), - I didn't have to close my eyes once, he was also very helpful with his local knowledge and his ability to speak English. The Mercedes Vito in which we travelled throughout our stay was immaculate, as was Martin, who was impeccably turned out. His friendly and attentive services ensured our trip was hassle-free. In addition to using your company for transportation between different Locations in Poland we also used Martin and his driving skills to take us to Auschwitz/ Birkenhau for the day. The fact that we had our own driver meant we could set off when we wanted and come back after we had seen all that we wanted to see - much better than an organised trip and exceptional value for money. We are so pleased with the service we received from your company that I have already passed the contact details on to others in the Isle of Man. We would certainly use "Around Kracow" again if we come back to this area.

We\'ve just returned from a fantastic weekend in Krakow and wanted to say thank you so much for your exemplary service. Our driver arrived on time and was polite and friendly. The car was comfortable. You drove us to Auschwitz, even walked us in to find the best place to buy tickets. You then waited for us and were there to take us to Birkenau, where again you waited, finally returning us back to the main square in Krakow at our request. Thank you so much, your service allowed us to concentrate and reflect on our visit to Auschwitz without the hassle and hoardes of people on the buses and trains. We used the service for a trip to Auschwitz & Birkenhau. Our driver arrived promptly to the hotel, drove calmly and safely (despite the actions of other drivers on the road!), and was friendly and helpful during all points of the journey. The vehicle was both clean and comfortable. The additional options of watching the documentary about Auschwitz and visiting the Benedictine Abbey in Tyniec were an added bonus. Furthermore, our driver was exceptionally helpful as he kindly returned a pair of glasses that were left behind by one of our passengers in the car.

We have just spent the weekend in Krakow and have used \"Around Krakow\" for two journeys - first a pick up from Krakow airport straight to Auschwitz and then Auschwitz Birkenau, then on to the Salt mines. We managed to see everything in one day due to the efficiency of the driver. On sunday we also booked a transfer to Katowice airport and everything was done smoothly.
